Abstract

The products, manufactured by “BELAZ” JSC, are practically demanded all over the world. In 2011, the open pit equipment of “BELAZ”, and its spare parts, were supplied to more than 30 countries. Promotion and exporting of production is realized by “BELAZ” through its own product promotion network, which included 61 subject as of July 01, 2012. Based on the subjects of the product promotion network, in 2011, “BELAZ” successfully solved the set tasks of the strategy of expansion and diversification of sales on the foreign markets. The realization capacity exceeded 1 bln USD (growth rate was 149,6% as compared with 2010). In 2012, “BELAZ”, together with the subjects of product promotion network, continued to grow up the capacities of products realization and export. Due to the efficient work of subjects of product promotion network, the volumes of deliveries of “BELAZ” to Russian Federation, increased considerably in 2010–2012. The share of export of “BELAZ” products to Russian Federation is more than 65% in the total income sales. The chief executive distributor “Trading House “BelAZ” JSC, along with its dealers, represents the interests of “BELAZ” in Russian Federation. The main development task of “BELAZ” is not only the retention of positions in Russia and CIS countries, but also the entry into the new promising markets of far abroad. That’s why, there is carried out an active work on expanding the dealer network in these regions. “BELAZ” maximally concentrated the resources and competencies (productive, marketing, financial and human), which were cumulated during the previous years. According to this, the enterprise continues to move on the way of expansion and diversification of export, making its competitive positions more stronger among the leading world manufacturers.
