Abstract | This article shares the basic directions of the human resources management of the Mineral and Chemical Company “EuroChem”, in terms of Kovdor Ore Dressing and Processing Enterprise. There are shown: the system of personnel searching and recruitment; forms of training and development of personnel; dynamics of the quantity and structure of personnel; new renumeration and motivation management system, applied in 2008; forms of the social support of the well-being of workers and their families. |
