This article consideres the necessity of regulated application of thibotechnologies system during the following stages:
-manufacturing and repair processes;
-exploitation rolling;
-period of normal exploitation.
There is also described the possibility of usage of this system instead of current or major repairs of machines and equipment.
Analysis of technical and economic results of twenty-year usage of mineral, metallic and organic repair-reductive and preventive additives to lubricants is carried out in Russian Federation and in other countries. There are given the data of nomenclature of these additives, and antifrictional properties of their coatings: from the chemical composition of coatings to mineral composition of geomodifiers. Antifrictional properties of the best engine oils are compared with the lubricating compositions, including additives.
There is expressed an opinion about the prospect of these additives. There are shown the problems, which complicate a wide usage of new repair-reductive technologies. This article shows the diagram for express assessment of a residual resource of сylinder-piston diesel engine of bunches, which are necessary for assessment of reasonability of jointing without decreasing its linking with a friction and control of reduction process of linking.
Development of application of mineral additives is shown in other spheres.
