Abstract | Dosing of the charge components in metallurgical processes, in many cases is the most important stage of redistribution, determining the final quality of products and technicaleconomic indicators of the overall process. On the example of a multi-component dosing charge electrode production, the details of the synthesis and analysis of feeding of bulk materials. The problems of achieving the necessary precision dispensing components of the charge, subject to acceptable performance dosing equipment at various dosing characteristics of the material. The results of mathematical modeling of the mechanical equipment and control systems dispensers. The model of control system with manual dosing containing block on and off of the drive, block model of the human operator, the unit weight of the component tasks of the charge, and block off the auger. To improve the quality of dispensing the mathematical models of control systems with automatic relay type, tripping the drive to achieve a given weight of the charge components as well as the model with the regulator, including the speed control unit screw, geared motor with variable speed drive (limiting the minimum and maximum speed set in the converter frequency and screw speed). The obtained results of simulation, were pilot-tested on the stand includes a screw feeder, frequency drive company “Combarco”, weighing dosing portion of the material hopper mounted on load cells 3 firms Scaime (of 0.1%), tensoconverters (of 0.1%), microprocessor-based meter — PID Metakon 515 (of 0.1%). The total accuracy of the measuring circuit is 0.2. Comparison of the results of dosing in manual and automatic mode and simulation tests performed on the example of dosage units for sixteen charge components. These data allow us to recommend this system for use not only in electrode manufacturing and other metallurgical industries with batch dosing charge components. |
