Abstract

The trend towards the successful development and growth of the efficiency of any company requires its leaders to think about the professional development of specialists, as well as about their ability to the quick mastering of new technologies. It is necessary to look for the methods and technologies to adapt the company to the changing of market conditions. The competitive specialists are the success of the company, which requires a competent selection and recruitment, which should be the most effective in terms of time, cost and quality. According to this, it is necessary to have an accurate idea of the competence of the future employees. The experience of the training and retraining Centre for the specialists of oil and gas business, makes it possible to create and effectively implement the recruitment and selection programs by the competence approach method.
