This article considers the basic problems and reasons, which have an influence on the choice of explosives for the mine run tillage before excavation. There are also presented the necessity reasons for the software purchasing for the projecting of drilling and blasting operations, along with the advantages of a Blast Maker hardware and software complex and initiation system of the deep hole charges.
