Abstract
This article tells about the stages of the technological process formation in the preproduction shop on «Karelskiy Okatysh» JSC with obtaining, storage and delivery of the inventory holdings and fabricated parts to the enterprise's subdivisions. There are given the results of project realization activities, which are directed on the optimization of working processes and modernization of equipment.
