This article gives the stages of creation, foundation and development of the subdivisions of a shop of technical control and laboratory researchings, along with the formation of its personell team, equipping with the modern analytical and laboratory equipment. The spheres of a functional peculiarities of each subdivision are dedicated along with their role in the achievement of high industrial and economic indexes of the whole enterprise.
