This article shows the difficulties of activities of Tajikistan mining enterprises during the post-Soviet period along with their reorganization for working in market. There were shown the efforts of state leaders and personally President of Republic of Tajikistan Emomalii Rahmon for the stabilization of economic position and development of mining industry by the formation of foreign capital to the development of its mineral resourses.
