Abstract

There is studied the possibility of gold extraction with ore processing, using the gravitation method. On the basis of received results, there was made a conclusion about the reasonability of application of gravitation technology of gold extraction in ore grinding cycles. According to this, it will be possible to decrease the losses of metal with the dump waste concentration products, by discharging of the basic mass of free hydraulic sized gold into the independent marketable concentrate.
Equipment of Scientific and Production Association “RIVS” was applied during the research process. This equipment is unique and has no analogues in the global practice.
Nowadays, the reconstruction project of the flotation operation part of Nikolaevsk concentration plant is being carried out for the developed technology. Realization of this project takes place with installation of equipment of Scientific and Production Association “RIVS” and increasing of factory's productivity.
