There are given the results of replacement of double-wire burners by ejection burners on roast machines of OK-228 type. This replacement made it possible to increase the consumption of high-temperature overflow from the cooling section by 1.30 times, which caused the decreasing of specific consumption of natural gas by 3 m3/t. Introduction of automated system «Granulometr» made it possible to stabilize the pelletization process and remove the human factor influence.
