Abstract | This work is aimed on study of possibility of apatite flotation extraction from phosphate-rare-earth ore gravitation processing tails of Tatar deposit. Possibility of apatite flotation extraction from phosphate-rare-earth ore gravitation processing tails of Tatar deposit and decrease of wastes is shown. Tests have been undertaken on clean minerals via flotation method of mechanical type, using new and prospective ZhKTM (ЖКТМ) reagents (fat acids of tallow oil), Flon-8, Armac T, Duomeеn T, Flon-1. It was established that Flon-8, Duomeеn T and ZhKTM are the most selective collectors for separation of apatite (from one side) and vermiculite and hydrogoethite (from other side). The highest concentration parameters (Р2О5 content in a foamy product is equal to 34 %, for 87 % extraction) have been obtained for soda consumption 4 kg/t, fluid glass consumption 5 kg/t, ZhKTM consumption 1.5 kg/t and Flon-8 consumption 0.2 kg/t. |
