Abstract | There was developed the determined model of copper smelting complex “melting furnace – combined melting – conversion”. This model makes it possible to carry out the quantitative assessment of material and heat flows in united technological chain of melting units. As applied to Mednogorsk Copper-Sulphur Combine, there is shown the principal possibility of usage of the model for the purpose of calculation of optimal distribution of oxygen with restricted power of oxygen station between the shaft furnace and autogenous melting complex. The model represents a set of material and heat balances of units: combined conversion melting, shaft furnace and matte processing converters. The main blocks of the model are used for the following operations: |
