This report is focused on international uranium market. According to the carried out researches, it is shown that despite the world economic crisis, uranium companies maintain their position on the market. This issue became the subject of research. For the first time, the authors analyze the value of intellectual capital for uranium market. One of the most prospective direct intellectual capital methods were used in this report. Two expert methods were used for checking of the value of indicators and estimation results: the Analytic Hierarchy Process and the Theory of the Displaced Ideal Multiple Criteria Decision Making. This article considers an impact of intellectual capital at the world uranium companies. The practical application is to determine the value of intellectual capital correctly in comparison with current methods in consequence of the following data: R&D, cost of patents, personnel development expenses. The analyses are performed, taking into account the structure as a whole. The results of the current study let the authors define that the human capital is above organization capital within the structure of intellectual capital, which should be taken into account for efficient management. During this investigation, authors studied intellectual capital data for world uranium market companies and for the companies of other sectors of economy. It was established, that world uranium companies are among the leaders, concerning the intellectual capital. The authors were able to define the most successful companies in uranium market in compliance with intellectual capital value.
