Abstract |
This paper gives certain results of research of nanostructured metallic materials, which were carried out in Saint Petersburg State Polytechnical University. There are considered the questions of theory, technology and modeling of plastic and thermomechanical treatment of metals and powder materials. There are given the results of research of obtaining of nano-sized powder and nanostructured constructional and functional materials. There are also considered the technological peculiarities of nanopowders' obtaining, using various nanotechnologies, such as: • gas phase synthesis of nano-sized particles for obtaining of singlecomponent nanopowders, alloyed metallic nanopowders, and carbide and oxide nanoparticles; • using the method of thermal decomposition of salts for obtaining of nanopowders, based on dispersion-hardened Cu – Al2O3 alloys, and tungsten-based nanopowders; • dispersion obtaining of nano-sized particles. There are given the results of researches of physical properties of some nanopowder materials, peculiarities of their compacting and sintering. There are considered the examples of development of new materials and metal powder products, obtained by plastic treatment methods, in particular: • processes of hot pressing of instrumental steels, obtained from powders in capsules; • regeneration of wastes of solid alloys and obtaining of wear-resistant composite materials; • obtaining of reinforced porous materials; • obtaining of leak-proof foils (thickness is 5–10 micron), using hardlydeformed and rare metals and alloys etc. There are presented the results of physical experiments on definition of thermomechanical parameters, providing the formation of bulk nanostructure in modern microalloyed high strength pipeline steels and other materials. |
