Abstract | There were determined the regularities of platinum (IV) and palladium (II) sorption from sulfate-chloride solutions on new organic-mineral sorbent, received by putting of polyaniline on carbon-mineral material surface. Secondary amino groups are placed on modified sorbent surface. These groups form the sorbent properties of anion. There was established the dependence of sorption of platinum (IV) and palladium (II) from model solutions on various factors, such as рН, equilibrium concentration of metal ion and duration of phases’ contact. There is shown, that modified carbon-mineral sorbent can be used for extraction of metals from platinum chloride-sulfate solutions. Exchange capacity of platinum (IV) and palladium (II) is 62.2 mg·g–1 and 67.0 mg·g–1, respectively. For the purpose of selective extraction of platinum metals by modified sorbent, there were performed the experiments for extraction of palladium (II) from model solutions, containing Pd2+ and extraneous ions (copper (II), nickel (II), chloride ions, sulfate ions or oxalate ions). It is shown that sorbent capacity on platinum metals is not reduced in the presence of copper (II) ions. Presence of chloride, sulfate and oxalate ions in solution in concentrations, which are by 10–50 times higher than platinum metal concentration, reduces its sorption by 15–30%. The modified sorbent is applied for extraction of palladium (II) ions from solution of exhaust homogeneous copper-palladium catalyst of industrial receiving of ethyl aldehyde. Content of main components (palladium (II), copper (II), chlorides, sulfates and oxalate ions) is defined in catalyst solution. Studying of influence of Cu2+, SO42–, Cl– and C2O42– ions on palladium sorption efficiency is carried out on model solutions. Degree of palladium extraction from exhaust homogeneous catalyst for one stage was 95,3±0,3%. |
