Peculiarities of development of jet process in liquid bath were under the influence of the depth of horizontal converter bath above air jet input (up to 30%); jet inclination angle to the horizon (60 degrees); and blowing intensity (up to 1,5 m3/(cm2·min)). Researches of such influence, using the rotatable third-order plan, made possible to define the basic regularities of formation of circulation zones and their geometric characteristics. Development of jet process is used preliminary in nozzle zone to a depth of not more than 20–25 gauges, and its width is limited by the length of not more than 5 gauges. There was made a definition that bubble zone is placed closer to the bath center at lances inclination of more than 21–39 degrees and blowing intensity of more than 0,25–0,41 m3/(cm2·min). The smallest energetic influence on the surface phenomena occurs at small inclination of lances (up to 10–12 degrees), relative depth of the bath (not more than 3–5%), and limited intensity of blowing (not more than 0,7 m3/(cm2·min)). Maximum development of surface vibrational processes will be observed at nozzles inclination to the horizon near 36–40 degrees, relative depth of the bath over the blowing entering place near 14%, and increasing of air blast intensity to 1,0 m3/(cm2·min). Volume of upper circulation area is increased with increasing of lances inclination, relative depth of bath, and change of blowing intensity up to 0,1–0,8 m3/(cm2·min). Lower circulation zone receives the greatest development in the relative depth of the bath to 16–35%, higher inclination of lances and blowing intensity over 0,1–0,7 m3/(cm2·min).
