Abstract

Author of this article tells his memorials about Pyotr F. Lomako — a person, who held various chairs of state for more than 46 years. Nowadays, the name of Pyotr F. Lomako is put into the Guinness Book of Records. Since 1965 till 1986, Pyotr F. Lomako was the Minister of Non-Ferrous Metallurgy of USSR. A competitive industrial complex on production of wide range of non-ferrous metals was created under his leadership. More than a million of people worked at 227 enterprises. Various branch scientificresearch and design institutes, attached to the Ministry, worked efficiently
