Реферат

The leading position of “Gipronikel” Institute in its branch is provided by more than 50-year experience of successful work in creation of automated control systems of technological processes of various mining, concentration and metallurgical productions, and energy and infrastructure units. For its working years, the Institute has created a large number of new and reconstructed automated process control systems on tens of mining-metallurgical enterprises in Russia and abroad. Some of the developed and implemented automated control systems became the first in their Russian branch. The main developments of the Institute include especially the systems of automation, dispatching and connection for gas and dust harmful underground mines. There is created the automated system of operational-dispatch control of mine with the data-transmission network, consisting of blast-proof and especially blast-proof electrical equipment. The system also includes the subsystems of control of separate underground units, which, in their turn, can operate independently: aero-gas control system; shaft signal system with skip load-unload systems; system of control of underground rail and motor transport; system of fire alarm and control of fire-fighting of underground objects; energy supply dispatching system etc. All systems and equipment have the permission documentation for exploitation in underground explosive environment.
