The review about activity of small-size tube plants in the non-stable economical conditions is prepared. The authors analyze the development dynamics of the Russian tubemaking industry during recent 15 years in general and in 2014 in particular. The mechanism for establishment of longterm contract prices for tube products is developed by "Soyuz" trading and industrial company and presented in the paper; it is based on the method of reserve restoration. Operation results achieved by the leadership of the enterprise are considered as positive for it, especially in the current economical situation in Russian Federation. The base of these results is formed by the abovementioned mechanism of establishment of longterm contract prices for tube products and by the contractual system of relations with buyers of tube products, originated from this mechanism and followed by conclusion of longterm agreements with customers.
