This article gives the examples of socially responsible business behavior. There are given the recommendations for accounting of the crisis period peculiarities of activity of mining-metallurgical companies in social-labor relationship system. Social partnership is a joint activity of employers and trade unions for improvement of life quality of all grades on the basis of increasing of economics competitiveness in whole and each company. According to this, there are required the joint labor productivity increase efforts of parts. Labor productivity should be the subject of attention of not only employer, but also each worker, and all parts of social partnership. A leak of involving of each employee in production optimization leads to impossibility of cost reduction, labor productivity increasing, payback provision and investment efficiency in high-productive workplaces during simultaneous growth of wages. Results of personnel wage rise in companies should not be estimated ignoring labor productivity increasing data. In the crisis conditions, it is very important to decrease the level of distrust between trade unions and employers. The company strategy should be so, that trade union organizations of enterprises have a clear understanding, which KPI will help to increase the workers' profits, how these profits will be increased, and what measures should be done. That's why, employers should help the managers and members of primary trade union organizations to have a quick understanding of economic situation, strategy of companies and peculiarities of operating activity on the modern stage.
