Abstract | It is well-known that the culture of an enterprise is reflected in its structure. Many managers don't take or take insufficiently this aspect into account dur-ing planning of large development or modernization projects, and it leads to failure of such projects. Additionally, they often underestimate the effect of so-called “Soft Facts” on such “Hard Facts” as turnover and profit, or work in this direction without any desire. It is caused by hardness in taking these parameters into account and by the wide-spread opinion that culture of the enterirse is something “social”, that will take a lot of time and finances without any direct effect. |
