One of the key topics of the 2015 METEC was energy efficiency. At this trade fair LOI Thermprocess has shown how energy can be used efficiently with conservation of resources in the various stages of heat treatment. The possibilities include new combustion and waste heat recovery processes as well as mathematical models that save energy, time and material. It was concluded that mathematical simulation excludes necessity in long-term testing of new products at the pilot-industrial stage. Such modern technologies as flame-free oxidation provide energy saving and environment protection. Another basic idea of LOI Thermprocess company is connected with implementation of energy distribution systems for the complete shop or even plant; it guarantees energy recycling and its usage at different levels instead of individual energy supply of heat treatment facilities.
