Abstract
The actual investigation of ConMoto Consulting Group evaluates more than 100 projects directed on improvement of operation of production systems and has a slogan “Accelerate your enterprise”. It is concluded that improvement potential can be realized only quickly and with simultaneous avoiding of mistakes.
