Abstract |
This article shows the results of pilot plant tests of gold leaching from mixed gold-bearing ores with and without underwater acoustic projectors. All the tests were carried out using two process flowsheets: direct cyanidation of ground ore without projector (preliminary cyanidation of ground ore with further sorption leaching); cyanidation in grinding cycle feeding the alkaline solution, saturated in underwater acoustic projector. Inefficiency of direct cyanidation of ground ore during the investigated raw materials processing is shown: firstly it is connected with the process duration and low gold extraction. Cyanidation in the grinding cycle feeding the alkaline solutions, saturated in underwater acoustic projector, was industrially tested. The results show that the offered flowsheet is the most efficient. These conditions allow to reach the high gold extraction only on the stage of cyanidation in grinding cycle feeding the cyanide alkaline solutions, saturated with oxygen in the field of hydroacoustic influence.
