Abstract |
The paper is devoted to the important component of the problem concerning quality of materials – to automatic control, in particular to chemical analysis of metallurgical products. It is noted that any application of metallurgical materials is not relevant without information about chemical composition, i. e. without analytical control. The requirements to analytical methods and approaches to their differential and joint application in the concrete cases are considered. It is shown that specialized laboratories, equipped with a complex of modern methods and sensors, with methodical documentation and high-skilled personnel, are required for solving multi-functional problems in the field of diagnostics of understudied high-tech materials. The paper discusses the features of the centers for collective usage of scientific equipment having modern methods and sensors, methodical documentation and high-skilled personnel, that are oriented on solving multi-functional problems in the field of diagnostics of understudied hightech materials. Especial attention is paid to analytical control of new materials: structural and functional ones (high-purity, magnetic, superconductor, stainless etc.). The increasing role of mass spectrometry, X-ray spectroscopy and other modern instrumental analytical methods in metallurgy is noted. Expedience of joint application of different analytical techniques and methods of sample preparing is shown. The state of chemical diagnostics of nanomaterials is characterized, and necessity of paying attention to principal difficulties of quantitative analysis of these materials is declared. The complex approach to analytical quality control of materials in metallurgical production is recommended; it includes solving of scientific-technical, standard, metrological, organizing and legal problems. The work has been done under joint financial support of the RF Ministry of education and science, in the framework of the program of rise of competitiveness of the National university of science and technology “MISiS” among the leading global scientific and education centers for 2013–2020 (No. K2-2015-072), as well as under support of the Russian Scientific Fund (РНФ), the project No. 14-13-00897 and the Russian Fund of Federal Property (РФФИ), the grants No. 14-03-00688A, 13-03-00440. |
