Abstract |
Modern diesel fuel systems use high-pressure fuel lines. Provision of fuel equipment with high-pressure pipes of domestic production is an urgent task. The technology of production of low-alloyed steel pipes with requirements for the new GOST R ISO 8535-1-2017, which is identical to the international standard ISO 8535-1: 2016, has been developed and mastered. The technology has realized at manufacturing and delivery to the customer of industrial batches of pipes. To illustrate the possibilities of the new technology, the results of statistical analysis are presented in the paper, the purpose of which is to verify the compliance of the size of the inner diameter, mechanical properties, and the depth of defects on the inner surface of pipes to the requirements of GOST R ISO 8535-1-2017. It is established that the new technology of manufacturing fuel pipes is guaranteed to meet the requirements of GOST R ISO 8535-1-2017. |
