Реферат | The article describes the algorithm for synthesizing the working part of the cutting tools with the use of graphic method used for the preparation of management information for the manufacture and regrinding of cutting tools on tool grinding machines with CNC. Blanks for cutting tools manufactured using the described algorithm are usually obtained using powder metallurgy, i.e. without melting the main component. Cutting tools made from such blanks have higher wear resistance and strength (compared to the obtained classical method of casting tool materials) and, in conjunction with the applied methods of ion-plasma spraying of special coatings, are used for the processing of hardened, high-alloy steels, cast irons, non-ferrous metals, fiberglass, aramids, etc. The article shows that at the beginning of the synthesis process, changing its input parameters, it is possible to form the optimal geometry of the cutting wedge for the eff ective processing of a material. In the proposed algorithm synthesizing process in strict sequence using the input parameters determined by optimizing the setup parameters of the tools of the second order subject to the fulfi llment of all conditions of the grading. As a result of the synthesis it is shown that one of the output parameters of the synthesis is to obtain a technological 3D model for visual assessment of the tool’s performance. |
