Abstract |
The analysis of main trend in providing of qualification improvement and retraining of metallurgical company’s staff was made in the article. Approaches to these processes in Russia and abroad had been represented. New competence of chiefs and staff were the key objectives. Necessity of staff training based on combination of executable functions was shown. Examples of interaction and cooperation of companies with branch schools was given. The analysis of forms and methods of home practice qualification improvement and retraining on the basis of resource, study centers and corporative university had been made. The range of services and tasks of corporative universities was examined using the example of metallurgical enterprises «Severstal», «Norilsk Nickel», «NLMK». The relevance of interaction between corporative universities and high school is shown. The main requirements to ensure a positive trend in the formation of motivation for participants of advanced training and retraining are given. Relevance is shown on the basis of a rational combination of modern informational technologies and module-training forms. Forms of repair services transformation of metallurgical enterprises on the basis of centralization and creation of mobile teams under the guidance of a «multifunctional» master are given. The creation of the resource center of the LSTU based on modern material and technical, information and methodical support and the development of actual topics for the mechanical masters qualification improvement was justified. On the basis of practical testing at the advanced training courses, a modular program for the retraining of electrician masters of the repair service of PJSC «NLMK» has been developed, which do not have basic training in the field of mechanics, hydraulics, and diagnostics. The content of the retraining modules had been analyzed. Examples of implementation of the content of modules was given. The characteristic feature of the contextual content of the program is noted: a combination of theoretical material in the form of electronic presentations with real practical training in the form of trainings on operating models, training and research stands, training of theoretical material in virtual mode using modern computer technologies. The program is an integral part of the strategic program for the transformation of the repair services of PJSC «NLMK» and is an example of a real interaction between the resource center of the department of metallurgical equipment of LSTU and the corporate university of PJSC «NLMK» with the prospect of further expansion of creativeties. |
