Abstract | How can employees develop competence in the field of value creation, so that they themselves see chances for improvement and use them on their own, and thus accelerate the pace of innovation? Currently, this question is being asked by many enterprises, as the need for changing is constantly growing. Regularly going through the described cycle of analysis and issues solving under the guidance of their mentor, employees form and improve their competence to independently analyze and solve challenges. At the same time, they begin to realize where they still have a lack of competence, which they have to eliminate themselves or with the help of independently organized support. So they are increasingly gaining the competence to constantly solve more complex issues. |
