Реферат | The Technological Chain model package developed by SMS group GmbH allows to simulate changes in the steel bar temperature at various technological stages, starting from the continuous casting process. For this purpose, various stand-alone models (DSC, TMCP, CCT, CCB) have been combined. For the Kh45CrSi9-3 bar valve steel manufacturing process at Deutsche Edelstahlwerke Specialty Steel GmbH & Co. KG in Siegen, in combination with technological and material science models, the behavior of the material, accompanied by experimental studies has been simulated. At the center of the technological contour of regulation are modeling and experimental studies to get an insight into the processes of formation and dissolution of carbides at various production stages of processing. The results show that M7C3-type carbides occur during continuous casting and, due to the high temperature of their formation, only a limited effect can be exerted on them at subsequent processing stages (cooling and heat treatment). The technological procedures described above can be transferred to other technological routes (hot strip rolling, forging), other alloying systems (aluminum- or nickel-based alloys) and other materials science phenomena (cracking, structure). |
