Abstract | Currently, the coal industry in Russia is one of the locomotives of technological development. Modernization of equipment and development of new technological solutions are the basis for the confident technological advancement of the country, including the mineral resource cluster of Russia. Many mining and processing plants in Russia operate in highly variable geological and geotechnical conditions, which makes application of benchmarking technology difficult. Particularly, this relates high-performance longwalls in methane-coal mines. This article deals with the regulation of power consumption in relation to excavation sites of highperformance coal mines on the basis of the developed factor space. The factor space should be understood as a set of external and internal parameters of high-performance excavation sites of coal mines. As a result of the research, a block diagram of an excavation site was built on the basis of cluster analysis, taking into account the factor space for high-performance coal mines. Also, a mathematical model of power consumption of such excavation sites has been developed. This mathematical model and structural diagram will allow analyzing the processes and relationships arising in underground coal mining. Moreover, it will be possible to determine the main and indirect elements of the factor space of a coal mine. Ultimately, the power consumption of an extraction site will be optimized, and the cost of coal mining by underground method will be reduced. |
