Abstract |
In connection with the increase in productivity of the Aktobe Ferroalloy Plant, which is part of TNK Kazchrome JSC, it became necessary to increase the number of trucks with ladles, which are simultaneously delivered to the smelting furnaces. As a result of reengineering of the device for the movement of trucks with ladles in the smelting shop No. 2 of the Aktobe Ferroalloy Plant, the possibility of simultaneous rolling and rolling of three trucks was realized, which allows to increase productivity and reduce operating costs. The main elements of the shunting device were selected: a winch, a rope, branch blocks, a swivel roller, etc. Calculations show that as a result of the implementation of the proposed measures, the time for current repairs will decrease by 5 hours, the production cost will decrease by 0.35%, the profit from product sales will increase by 8.5%, the payback period of the proposed investment project is 1.5 years. |
