Abstract

Изучены литологические особенности девонских отложений архипелага Новая Земля, которые представлены преимущественно разнообразными окраинно-континентальными и морскими фациями. Результаты исследований свидетельствуют о последовательном углублении Новоземельского бассейна и удалении от источников терригенного материала в течение раннедевонской эпохи.
Авторы признательны своим бывшим коллегам из геологоразведочной партии Новой Земли за полевые данные. Авторы высоко оценивают сотрудничество с геологами Cambridge Arctic Shelf Programme (CASP), особенно с доктором Ли Гуо.
