Abstract |
The growth of demand for engineering services of design organizations is accompanied by increased requests and preferences of customers in terms of the quality of services provided to them. A practical tool for ensuring the quality of the implemented business processes of a design institute is the technical policy and quality assurance strategy based thereon, which are adopted in the design institute or an industry holding company. The article considers the issues of ensuring the quality of design products, the goals, objectives of the technical policy, and specifies algorithms for achieving them. Methods for implementing the objectives of technical policy, as well as the corresponding tools in the form of a set of regulatory documents, organizational measures, technologies for creating design products, control procedures and methods are considered and systematized. It is indicated that technical solutions in design products should also ensure the achievement of economic efficiency for the designed production facilities, and the efficiency of design solutions is determined by the proposed system of technical and economic indicators for characterizing different components of the project. The proposed model is an extremely harmonious and universal system that reflects the essence of the practical activities of the design organization. Obviously, each company develops its own practices for the technical execution of internal documentation, declaring goals and objectives, determined by both historically established traditions and internal culture, and the current vision and market positioning of a particular organization. At the same time, an internal professional understanding of the role and value of technical policy, its tools, parameters that determine the quality of design products, which will allow the design organization to develop sustainably, should be formed within the team. |
