Abstract |
In modern conditions, it is critically important to create conditions for the training of a new type of engineers - intellectually developed with innovative potential, mobile and able to make decisions and effectively carry out professional activities in the digital economy. The purpose of this work is to analyze the experience of implementing graduate qualification work in the startup format in the field of Metallurgy. The implementation of the Diploma as a Startup project is possible only through attracting students to work in real metallurgical projects, supplemented by design technologies implemented through a number of disciplines of the curriculum. Such disciplines include the discipline “Project Management”, which meaningfully defines the cognitive component of work in projects and includes the principles of project management, methods for evaluating the effectiveness of the project, their financial assessment, risk management, as well as the study of the main problems hindering successful project management, etc. |
