Presented the system of the statistic methods of the production control and management based on the Shukhart control cards one of the main tools to control the product quality, developed and introduced in all the Production Amalgamation «Belaruskali » beneficiation factories. The system allows continuously to control the technological processes condition, to evaluate the technological processes efficiency, to analyze the processes input and output data, to forecast possible indices changes in order to timely take necessary decisions.
