The concept of formation of knowledge management system in economics of nuclear industry taking into account globalization of global nuclear market is presented. Structure of economics lifecycles of nuclear power resources, connected with prevailing technological stages, determines constant and variable components in matrix approach to formation of knowledge management system in economic bloc of estimation of market prospects and tendencies of production and usage of nuclear power resources on the example of technological pre-reactor technological stage. Ideas of formation of knowledge management system can be used in estimation of perspective system form of mining of nuclear power resources and nuclear fuel fabrication.
