Experience of the company Magnezit Group Ltd in the field of rendering maintenance services to non-ferrous plants is presented in the report. One company produces and delivers refractory products (JSC “Kombinat “Magnezit”) to the plants in accordance with developed technical solutions done by Engineering Department of Magnezit Group Ltd. Materials are specifically chosen for each particular metallurgical vessel. Lining works are carried out on “turn key” basis with the help of our own subdivision Magnezit Montazh Service Ltd under supervision of engineers who developed technical solutions. Refractories performance is constantly monitored and lining resistance is analyzed with the aim of giving to consumers further recommendations concerning operation of this or that refractory material. All the above mentioned is a comprehensive chain of coordinated actions and has no analogues in Russia.
