Analysis of prominent problems of electrolytic aluminum production, requiring the new impact methods on production facility in preparation and main processes and operations, was implemented. Estimation of experience of ultrasonic usage in industry is given. The functions of acoustocapillary, coagulative, degassing and other effects, occurring in processing of ultrasonic materials are estimated. The processes and operations for production of anode paste at aluminum plants where usage of ultrasonic processing is perspective are presented.
