Abstract | There are two types of metal structures of anode devices in the design of electrolyzers, operating with 300 kA current: anode device with built-in batchers of point feeding system (PFS) and anode device with replacement batchers of PFS. Incurred analysis has shown that both variants of construction of anode beams in general meet the requirements of rigidity and strength and can be used in industrial practice. Anode beam with hexagonal windows can have the cost saving advantage in production using rational shaping of billets for vertical metal walls. |
