Abstract | The results of bacterial oxidation (BO) of sulphide gold-bearing concentrate, obtained with flotation from ore of Mayskoe deposit have been presented. Optimal conditions of live activities of bacterias association and their composition have been defined. It has been shown, that speed of BO of pyrite by association of microorganisms, including moderate-thermophilicones, increases by 1.7 times. Dual-stage BO technology with different temperature conditions has been developed. Gold extraction in the process of sorption cyanidation of BO cake compiles as much as 98%. |
