Abstract
Analysis of state of power engineering of the Far Eastern Federal Territory together with other system problems of the region has been given. Powerful potential of development of the Far East, realized and perspective projects, key problems in the area of extraction and deep processing of mineral resources, development of transport infrastructure, modernization of power engineering taking into account establishment of powerful oil-gas complex are shown.
