This paper presented the concept, methodology and technology of complex usage of technogenous mineral concentration (stores for pure and out-of-balance ores, refuses of overburden) and technogenous areas (mining excavations, ground areas under dumps and stores) together with natural mineral raw materials have been developed and realized for long-term development of deep “Muruntau” quarry. Possibility and expediency of rational usage of technogenous resources for raising of efficiency and potential of opencast mining operations have been substantiated.
