Abstract
The problem of choosing the concept of providing the equipment, operating at Navoi Mining and Metallurgical Company with spare parts has been analyzed. It is proposed to buy at foreign producers or to produce by own resources at “Navoi mechanical engineering plant”. Technical-economical comparison of both variants has been conduced.
