Abstract
Comfortable method for obtaining of 2-oxypropyl ether of N, N-diethyldithiocarbamate acid (OPDEDTC) by the way of modification of low-concentrated solutions of diethyldithiocarbamate (DEDTC) with propylenchlorinegidrin just before implementation in flotation process has been proposed. Concentration and correlation wherein homogeneous solutions are formed have been established. They simultaneously include ionogenic DEDTC-reagent and nonionic OPDEDTC-reagent. It is established that OPDEDTC is sorbed selectively on Pt-bearing Cu-Ni-sulphides and is not-sorbed on pyrrhotite; it is the main base for using this reagent as additional collector to xanthate during flotation of Pt-Cu-Ni-ores.
