Abstract | The analysis of diamond losses during process of foam separation at the plant of “ALROSA” company has been realized, efficiency of intensification method of beneficiation and finishing operations of diamond-bearing raw materials with -5 mm grain size has been substantiated. The expediency of using development methods has been established with industrial tests. Electrochemical conditioning of water systems and usage of water-oil emulsion as collector agent allow to increase diamond extraction to concentrate after tackiness and foam separations by 5 and 18% respectively with reducing reagents consumption by 25%. |
