Abstract | The new self-regulatory mechanism of process of asymmetrical cogging is offered. Thus capillary tension on borders of deformation zone and land length with opposite friction forces are regulators of gage and bar drawing, characterizing the geometrical sizes accuracy. Experimental data of the self-regulatory mechanism of process of asymmetrical cogging on longitudinal, cross gage interference and bar flatness is listed. |
