Abstract | The process of dual-stage atmosphere sulphur acid leaching of nickel-pyrrhotine concentrate of The Norilsk concentration plant with 1:20 and 1:5 relations between solid and liquid phases has been researched. Throughout iron recovery to solution is 40 %, nickel content in leaching cakes is 6 % (mass.). Kinetic relations of atmosphere sulphur acid leaching of concentrate of The Norilsk concentration plant have been researched. The general amount of elements transits to solution during 30 min at first leaching stage. Reduction of iron content since 1,8 till 0,88 % (mass.) with simultaneous raising of sulphur content since 0,31 till 2,25 % (mass.) have been observed at the second stage. It has been evidenced about oxidation of sulphide sulphur with ferric iron. Hydrogen sulphide has not been evolved at the second stage. |
