Abstract | The problem of forming rolled semiproducts with flateness defects during their cooling on cooling bed of heavy plate 5000 rolling mill of Magnitogorsk Integrated Metallurgical Works is examined. Temperature fields of rolled semiproducts is studied. The fields with flateness defects and the fields with acceptavle (etalon) flateness are revealed and their parameters are defined. Several technological solutions for achievement of qualitative parameters of flateness of rolled products are suggested. |
